FM 2013 International Tournament

My name is Nemanja. I'm coming from Football Manager forum called serbian-fm.net. We are SI affilate. We are organizing big international tournament, with contestants from Brazil, Israel, Croatia, Italy...

And we would love to see fm-xpert be part of the tournament. Tournament is between representatives of forums, and it will last for 15 to 25 days. General rules:

- Every forum chooses its own manager (captain)
- Manager is a member who is in charge of everything concerning his team. From choosing players, to the smallest details about tactics.
- It is up to manager to select players in any way he wants. Whether forum will send 3 tough teams, or one team will be stronger than the other is a matter of manager's tactics.
- Also, the chosen manager is obliged to post in a thread so the organiser could be informed about everything. (Thread Link )
- Every manager will get their nickname's colour distinction on Serbian FM forums.
Choosing teams and players:
- Forum sends 3 teams
- Every team is consisted of 3 players (2+1 sub).
- Every team can have its own name and it must include their forums name in title. Eg.: FMSweden United, FMB Takticari etc...

Competition system:

- Teams will be divided in 8 groups, 4 teams in each group
- Games will be played on round-robin system.
- Number of teams depends on number of participating forums.
- A team can earn from 0 to 3 points in one game, which means that the result is totaled from both games. Example in the bottom.
- Top 2 teams proceed to 1/8 finals.
- In knockout phase result is totaled from both games, and away goal rule is on.
- In the case of a draw and same away goals, only one deciding game is played which determines winner.

Choosing playing clubs:

- In group phase all games will be played with same clubs
- After pogressing to KO phase clubs change and so on until the finals.
- Difference between clubs will variate, from clear favourites to equal opponents.
- No games will be played with top clubs (R Madrid, Barcelona, Man U, Man C, Milan, Inter...)
- All forum managers will get save games as soon as they are ready.

Playing match system:

- It's played on 2vs2 system
- Players will agree on time of the match in corresponding thread.
- Official time of the match beginning must not be later than 22:00 local time.
- In the case of being unable to reach an agreement of match time, team that is online on 22:00h wins the game by 3:0.
- Every team must use all 3 players in group phase.
- Host is obliged to post screenshots of the match.
- If connection breaks (ICB.) during the game next rules are applied:
*ICB in the 1st game during 1st half - match is replayed
*ICB in the 1st game during 2nd half - game is repeated if the connection broke to the player who had the lead
*ICB in the 1st game during 2nd half - current score is official one if connection broke to the player who was losing
*ICB in the 1st game during 2nd half and it was a draw only 2nd half is replayed
*ICB in the half time of the 1st game only one half is replayed
*ICB in the 2nd game during 1st half - 2nd game is replayed
*ICB in the 2nd game during 2nd half - game is repeated if the connection broke to the player who had the lead2
*ICB in the 2nd game during 2nd half - current score is official one if connection broke to the player who was losing and the result suits the opponent
*ICB in the 2nd game during 2nd half and it was a draw only 2nd half is replayed
*ICB in the half time of the 2nd game only one half is replayed

SFM Team 1, Nikola, Stefan
FMLive Team 1 Marko, Ivan

1st game:
Nikola(Lyon) vs Marko(Villarreal) 3:1
Marko(Lyon) vs Nikola(Villarreal) 3:1
Result: Nikola-Marko 4:4
2nd game:

Stefan(Lyon) vs Ivan(Villarreal) 1:0
Ivan(Lyon) vs Stefan(Villarreal) 0:0
Result: Stefan-Ivan 1:0

Total Score: SFM Team 1-FMLive Team 1 5:4
SFM Team 1- 3pts
FMLive Team 1- 0pts


And, if you want, you can send only one team with 3 players, or you can send 2 or 3 teams.
